The Bean Tree is the perfect location for parties and wedding receptions ranging from 10 to 50 people.
Our restaurant divides into three spaces which provide a natural focus for your event. Our upstairs Purcell Room overlooks the terrace and Leyton Green. The venue comfortably holds 14 people making it a perfect suited location for an intimate family celebration or business meeting.
The back section of the main restaurant has an easy access to our wonderful terrace and can comfortably seat 18 people in a semi-private grouping. On a larger scale, our main floor and lobby area can easily accommodate groups of 30 – 50 people across the ground floor of the restaurant.
We are happy to do a full venue hire for groups of up to 50 guests from Sunday to Friday. We are happy to open for a Saturday lunch for a party of 30 or more. A hire charge or minimum spend will apply.
For groups of 10 or more, we ask that you select items for your party from our seasonal a la carte menu in advance. This will enable us to print a special menu for you on the day. Groups of between 10 and 20 can have three choices per course. Groups of 20 or more we kindly ask that you limit your choices to two per course.
For a group larger that 30, we ask that you select a starter and a dessert for everyone and then pick two main courses from which your guests can choose at the time of the event. Vegetarian or special needs are also available.
To assist you in your budgeting, we are able to provide you with an estimate of the likely costs for your event after we have discussed your preferences on food and wine.
